Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2

This is my Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 NON- spoiler review!

This movie was a fun, character rich story, but lacked that specialness that the Vol. 1 had. This movie was rich in character. It had a return of everyone that you loved from Vol. 1 and added a few new ones. The movie was fun but I feel like there was something missing. My first reaction was to say that the story was lacking, but there was a good story. I guess I just don’t really like some of the choices that were made with some of the development of the story.I didn’t like the multiple villains. I liked the idea behind the main villain I just feel like it was a little to easy to beat the main villian. Baby groot is so adorable in this movie and they make sure to utilize him just right! I wanted a little more from Gamora but I loved the story between her and Nebula! I found myself not really focusing on Starlord like I wanted to, but I did love the dynamic between him, his father, and Yondu!My favorite characters in this movie were by far Drax and Mantis!! Their dynamic is hilarious!

All in all I did enjoy this movie. I’m going to give it a 7.5 out of 10. I would recommend it if you are a fan or Marvel and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 1! It’s a nice continuation of the story.
